St Mary's Pupil Council
Four years ago, the St Mary’s Pupil Council was founded. Its aim
is to involve pupils in helping to improve the quality of
education in the school and to give the pupils a voice in the
organisation of school life as it affects them.
Representatives from each class in the Primary Building meet
each term to discuss issues and to help develop school
initiatives. Recent topics of discussion have included road
safety, school meals and healthy eating, playground
arrangements, toilets for pupils and E.C.O. schools.
