Recently our pupils have had a fantastic time during St Mary's Health Week. The children loved taking part in the various activities including yoga, football, rugby, and our mini Highland Games.

A big thank you to all the parents who made sure that the children were dressed in their sports gear for the events.

We also had a visit from Tayside Fire and Rescue. The children were just as keen with their questions to the firefighters as they were to explore the fire engine parked in the car park!
To end the week, Dundee United player, Lee Wilkie also came in to present certificates to the pupils to celebrate their achievements.

The pupils have all been working very hard on their reading, writing and counting skills and are making excellent progress ready for moving on in a few weeks time.

This is part of our wall display where pupils have drawn the houses where they live.
Using coloured pencils and crayons, they have really brightened up our classroom walls with their pictures.

This is where our pupils have painted pictures showing how they get to school each day.
We've split the display into two halves, left for walking and right for cars.

Here is a photograph of the all the different tartans that the pupils designed and created by themselves.

This is our "Pet Shop" where the pupils have placed lots of different creatures, created using different materials and techniques.
