Mr Lowden
Primary 6 Class

Primary six had a fantastic time during St Mary's Health Week.
We loved taking part in the various activities including yoga, football, rugby, hockey and dance.

A big thank you to all the parents who supported the children and ensured that they were dressed in their sports gear for the events. This made it easier for us to move from one activity to another.

St Mary's Primary 6 Classroom We also enjoyed our strawberry and banana fruit smoothies with Nurse McAdam, our look at ‘happiness’ with Daryl and Steve and, learning some first aid with Mrs Childs.

The Dundee United fans amongst us were very excited when player and captain, Lee Wilkie, came in to present certificates to celebrate our achievements.

We have all been working very hard this year and have particularly enjoyed taking part in the Picture Book Awards with primary one. This involved us reading some picture books to the primary ones then, together, voting for the ones we liked best.
We feel this has helped develop our leadership skills for entering primary seven after the summer.
St Mary's Primary 6 - Pupils work "We hold our DREAMS in the palm of our hand."

This photograph shows some of our dreams for the future and is part of our artwork that is proudly displayed on our classroom wall.

It was created by our pupils where they have written about all the things in life that are important to them.
